The Seoul Chapter of the Korea Association of Private Institutes collects the following minimum personal information as mandatory items at the time of initial application for training, for the purpose of processing applications and providing various services. D. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, users` personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, user information is retained for the periods specified below for the following reasons.

② Reason for retention of information under relevant laws
