Q.	[My Classroom] I cannot log in to my account.
A.	In most cases, login problems occur when the ID and password do not match. Please check whether Caps Lock is turned on and whether NumLock is enabled when entering numbers, then try logging in again. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Support Center at 02-790-9095.

Q.	[My Classroom] Can I preview a course before taking it?
A.	You can preview sample lectures only for courses registered under the [Application for classes] menu.

Q.	[My Classroom] How can I check my learning progress?
A.	After logging in, you can check your learning progress and status on My Page.

Q.	[My Classroom] Where can I access the courses I have registered for?
A.	You can access your courses by going to Login > My Page > Learning. To start a course, click the course title.

Q.	[My Classroom] How can I check my course completion status and score?
A.	You can check your course completion status and scores on My Page.

Q.	[My Classroom] How can I print my certificate of completion?
A.	You can download your certificate of completion by going to My Page > Certificate Management.
